In Spledge, difference is the driving force of convergence.

To produce this show, specially created for the opening festivities of Bruxelles 2000 at the Les Tanneurs theatre, Bud Blumenthal joined forces with three well-known Brussels Hip Hop dancers, Saïd Ouadrassi Chaïri, Mohamed-Saïd (Mambo) and Benaji Mohamed (Ben), and with also "club style" dancer Geneviève Lagravière and contemporary dancer Ingrid Swaelens). The result is an expression of contemporary dance using movement and music styles from today's kaleidoscopic urban scene.
